Mplify demonstrates agentic connected experiences at MWC26 Barcelona
Mplify staged a demonstration at MWC26 Barcelona to show how agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) and standardized network APIs could coordinate communication quality across wireless and wired networks, using connected-vehicle and drone scenarios presented by DENSO and Tata Elxsi to illustrate potential operational needs.
The demonstration related to Mplify’s work to advance Network as a Service (NaaS) as a foundation for AI-powered mobility and autonomous systems and to alter the role of the network from static infrastructure into an active participant in the connected experience.
The showcase illustrated a technical stack that combined CAMARA APIs exposed through the GSMA Open Gateway framework on Orange’s mobile network, Mplify Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO) APIs invoked via Colt’s Network as a Service capabilities on private fixed-line breakouts, and Google Cloud’s AI infrastructure providing multi-agent orchestration and Developer Experience (DevEx) functions; agentic agents requested Quality on Demand and analyzed telemetry and application-level signals to close the loop across domains.
The effort brought together Colt Technology Services, Orange, Google Cloud, GSMA Open Gateway, DENSO, and Tata Elxsi around live demonstrations and conference sessions at MWC26, with use cases that included safety-critical vehicle coordination, immersive in-vehicle experiences, telemetry uploads, over-the-air software updates, and drone-based live video, navigation, and command-and-control scenarios.

Mplify and its partners planned live demonstrations and conference sessions at MWC26 Barcelona taking place March 2–5, 2026.
