LYT Named to Prestigious 2025 Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies; Ranked in Top 10% of All Companies

Summary

LYT, a provider of intelligent connected traffic technology solutions, announced its first inclusion on the Inc. 5000 list, ranking #7 in the San Francisco Bay Area. This list recognizes the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.

The Inc. 5000 list serves as a key indicator of growth among independent businesses in the U.S. Achieving a spot in the top 10% underscores LYT's contributions to urban mobility and its revenue advancements.

By leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), LYT enhances traffic management in cities, aiming to reduce congestion and improve travel times. In 2024, the company reportedly contributed to a reduction of over 2,378 metric tons of CO2 emissions from transit buses.

LYT’s technology focuses on real-time traffic pattern management, benefiting both emergency and public transportation systems. The organization aims to support municipalities economically by integrating with existing infrastructure and addressing traffic challenges.

Timothy Menard, Founder and CEO of LYT, remarked on the recognition, attributing it to the team’s commitment and technology. LYT strives to empower communities to navigate urban environments more effectively.

LYT specializes in smart technologies for Intelligent Transportation Systems and offers solutions like Transit Signal Priority (TSP). The company is headquartered in Silicon Valley, supporting various municipalities across Canada and the U.S.
