JAS appoints Francois Xavier Mollet as executive vice president EMEA

Job Accounting System (JAS) appointed Francois Xavier (“FX”) Mollet as executive vice president of the unified EMEA region, effective Jan. 1, 2026, a leadership change the company described as reflecting depth in its leadership bench and a commitment to developing talent from within.

FX succeeded longtime JAS leader Stefan Sigg after Sigg’s 28 years with the company. The appointment followed Mollet’s more than 30 years at JAS and the organization’s stated emphasis on internal succession and cross-regional continuity.

Mollet held senior leadership roles across multiple continents during Healthcare Information System (HIS) tenure, including responsibilities in operations, route development, country management and regional commercial leadership. He most recently served as senior vice president of sales for EMEA, where he worked on commercial alignment, growth initiatives and customer relationship development across the region.

The EMEA executive management team supporting Mollet covered defined sub-regions: North Europe under Mikael Forsberg for the Scandinavian and Baltic countries; Central Europe under Volker Werner for Central & Eastern European markets; West Europe under Ingo Goldhammer for West Europe and EMEA Regional Strategy & Transformation; Italy under Gianpaolo Belotti as chief executive officer, JAS Italy; the Middle East under Erwin Wittemaier; and South Africa under Bruce Gerber as managing director, JAS South Africa.

“FX's career reflects the strength and continuity of leadership at JAS,” said Marco Rebuffi, President & CEO, JAS.

FX will lead the region's overall strategy and performance, ensuring alignment with global priorities while empowering local leadership and consistent execution across markets, and Stefan Sigg will retire following 28 years of service.
