Iterate.ai and NetApp Combine Generate With AIPod Mini

Iterate.ai said it formed an alliance with NetApp to combine Iterate.ai’s Generate platform with NetApp AIPod Mini. The companies framed the effort as a way to provide an integrated on-premises option for private AI deployments that run without moving data to external systems.

The announcement described initial application areas that include healthcare revenue recovery, State, Local and Education (SLED) business process improvements, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs). It also said customers could start with preconfigured solutions and expand to other applications using a no-code agent creation environment.

Generate was described as a fully local, privacy-first private agentic AI platform that executes departmental- and industry-specific agents and workflows. The release said it supports flexible on-premises or private cloud LLM/SLM deployment, integrates with customer data sources, documents, and applications, and includes monitoring and governance models with policy enforcement, audit trails, and cost controls.

The companies also outlined example workflow types tied to the three initial application areas. For healthcare, the release cited an “RCM Solution” for auditing claims, drafting appeal letters, and verifying insurance eligibility inside customer data centers. For SLED, it listed agents for grant application and management, business license compliance, property tax assessment, permit and licensing processing, and revenue collection and delinquency reduction. For TPAs, it said Generate by Iterate uses AI agents to automate functions described as handling administrative services, claims processing, benefits administration and enrollment, regulatory compliance, and custom benefit plan design.

Syam Nair said, “This collaboration underscores NetApp’s commitment to bringing AI to our customers’ data by providing the flexibility to build custom solutions or leverage industry-leading solutions off-the-shelf,” and added that NetApp’s tools support organizations building AI foundations “alongside innovative ISVs like Iterate.ai.” Alvaro Celis said, “Our collaboration with Iterate.ai to bring its Generate platform to NetApp AIPod Mini expands and strengthens our ecosystem,” and Brian Sathianathan said the partnership was “a natural evolution” of Iterate.ai’s focus on deploying agentic AI in fully private environments.
