InterDigital renews license agreement with Seiko Solutions Inc.

InterDigital, Inc. renewed a multi-year, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-bearing license with Seiko Solutions Inc. The agreement pertains to Seiko's cellular products, incorporating InterDigital’s standard essential patents for 3G, 4G, and 5G wireless technology.

This renewal reflects the ongoing collaboration between InterDigital and Seiko Solutions, emphasizing the established relationship with a long-term licensee. Julia Mattis, Chief Licensing Officer at InterDigital, noted the agreement as confirmation of their innovations' value in the connected technologies ecosystem.

InterDigital focuses on wireless, video, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, providing foundational technology solutions for various industries, including automotive and cloud-based services. The firm, which originated in 1972, is publicly traded on Nasdaq as IDCC and continues to develop technologies that enhance communication and entertainment products.
