Inspur presents BSS and OSS digital solutions at 2025 TM Forum Innovate Asia
Inspur exhibited its comprehensive BSS/OSS digital solutions at the 2025 TM Forum Innovate Asia event, which convened in Bangkok from November 25 to 27. The company’s projects received two recognitions: the Best Moonshot Catalyst-Autonomous Networks Trailblazer and the Outstanding Catalyst-AI & Automation awards.
The company’s offerings addressed agile business and customer engagement needs within the Business Support System (BSS) framework. Key capabilities included real-time customer insights, on-demand product creation, and adaptable billing systems aimed at improving business innovation processes. On the Operations Support System (OSS) side, Inspur presented solutions targeting intelligent network management such as network self-healing, automated service orchestration, and end-to-end intelligent assurance, functions intended to decrease operational expenses and improve service reliability.
Inspur also outlined its product suite developed under the TM Forum Open Digital Architecture, extending its application beyond telecommunications to include operations for telecom towers. Over 20 standardized ODA components were adapted for this use case, covering operations, maintenance, and management functions to support efficiency improvements and cost reduction in system transformations.
At a roundtable, the company discussed its approach to Application Programming Interface (API) commercialization involving Telekom Malaysia, focusing on the OpenAPI 641 standard. This standardizes and enhances the ordering process from customer relationship management to service provisioning. Inspur explained the steps taken for implementation and shared aspects of profitability considering operational efficiency, management simplicity, time-to-market acceleration, and user experience enhancement.
“We have extended the mature ODA practical experience from the telecom field to the telecom tower industry,” said an Inspur representative. The company highlighted ongoing application of the TM Forum frameworks in digital transformation projects.
