Insi, formerly known as Meta IT, launched a globally unified brand as it operates under a single name worldwide. The change provides a consistent identity across the company’s footprint, including Canada and the United States, where it said it was expanding its North American investment.
The company said it has operated in more than 20 countries and has delivery teams across the Americas. It cited experience across digital transformation and artificial intelligence adoption, and it said existing customers would continue working with the same teams and contacts without disruption to ongoing projects, services, or support.
Insi described a framework called “The Insi Model,” which connects intentionality, strategy, technology, execution, results, and realization. The company also said its brand name reflects “inside, insight, and intelligence,” with the philosophy “It all starts inside,” linking understanding of the business to technology, platforms, or solutions.
Insi identified its North American presence as including a growing team across Canada and the United States and a presence in the Toronto-Waterloo Technology Corridor. Marcos Machado, Managing Director of Insi’s North American operations, said the unified brand brought together delivery experience in Canada and the United States, transformation capabilities, and local expertise for organizations navigating digital transformation and AI adoption. “While our name is changing, our commitment to helping clients achieve meaningful business outcomes remains the same.”
