Flexera said it received the 2026 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Software Asset Management Tools recognition. The company said it was the only vendor given the distinction in the 2026 report. The announcement centers on results from verified end-user feedback published in Gartner’s peer reviews.

The release cited Gartner Peer Insights methodology that recognizes vendors based on verified customer reviews and ratings. It said the Voice of the Customer report synthesizes peer reviews into overall insights intended to help IT decision makers understand customer experience across the market. Gartner noted that vendors in the Customers’ Choice quadrant met or exceeded the market average for Overall Experience and User Interest and Adoption.

Gartner Peer Insights content was described in the release as end-user opinions based on individual experiences. It also included a statement that the content should not be construed as statements of fact and that it does not represent Gartner or its affiliates’ views. The release added that vendors in the Customers’ Choice quadrant received strong ratings for overall experience, product capabilities, and service and support relative to the market.

Flexera said 86 verified end users of its product weighed in, with 91% concluding a high willingness to recommend as of April 2026. “Our customers are the ultimate measure of our success,” said Mike Jerich, President and CEO of Flexera. “We believe this customer choice recognition reflects the trust organizations place in Flexera One to help them navigate increasingly complex technology environments.
