Deloitte launches Enterprise AI Navigator

Deloitte unveiled Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Navigator, an end-to-end enterprise AI solution intended to help organizations make clearer AI investment decisions and move from experimentation toward measurable results.

The offering combined financial impact, workflow implications, process changes and technology readiness into a single, integrated view and applied a multidisciplinary lens that included operational, tax, regulatory, compliance and workforce considerations.

Enterprise AI Navigator delivered four repeatable modules: AI Identifier, which analyzed work to identify tasks suited for “agentification”; Impact Analyzer, which evaluated potential business implications and produced a financial and workforce heatmap; Workflow Designer, which modeled future-state workflows aligned to existing systems and operating models; and Agent Studio, which generated a multi-brand library of AI agents to inform build, buy or apply decisions.

Built on Deloitte's Ascend platform, the solution was available for use within client engagements and supported the full journey from strategy and design through prototyping, build and ongoing refinement, working with clients' existing infrastructure, industry-specific data and processes and Deloitte's network of alliances to enable collaboration and iterative development.

Deloitte said Enterprise AI Navigator may reduce the time required for traditional AI strategy and design work by up to 50% and was designed to allow iterative reassessment and additional analyses after initial recommendations were implemented.
