Cognizant signs five-year IT services agreement with ERIKS
Cognizant entered into a five-year agreement to manage ERIKS' operational IT services and to support a program to modernise ERIKS' technology stack so ERIKS could focus on its strategic IT objectives.
The companies described plans for the arrangement to support ERIKS' focus on innovation, future growth and expansion across Europe and beyond.
Under the contract, Cognizant managed all of ERIKS' operational IT services, supported transformation and modernisation of ERIKS' technology stack and provided expedited access to advanced technical expertise, including support for emerging technologies such as Generative AI (GenAI).

The companies described plans for the multi-year partnership to increase operational efficiency, improve digital capabilities and support ERIKS' ambitions to expand its business across Europe and beyond.
