Cognizant opens cyber defense center in Bengaluru
Cognizant launched its Next-Gen Cyber Defense Center in Bengaluru to deliver advanced AI-powered cybersecurity defense operations for global enterprises.
The company said the Bengaluru center was key to its worldwide Change Data Capture (CDC) network and was its largest facility intended to deliver AI-powered, platform-centric cybersecurity managed services, engineering and transformation services to clients globally.
The Bengaluru CDC was built on a multi-layered technology architecture that combined Cognizant Neuro® Cybersecurity with industry-leading platforms from technology partners and included an integrated threat research lab; the center also partnered with leading academic institutions to train next-generation cybersecurity professionals.
At the center, specialists aimed to provide round-the-clock monitoring and rapid response to security incidents and to support clients across diverse industries and geographies.

The company said the work formed part of its global network of Cyber Defense Centers and that it planned to deliver comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity services, assist clients build risk resilience and advance cyber defense strategies.
