Carahsoft Technology Corp. to Bring 30+ Partners to MESC 2026 in Portland

Carahsoft Technology Corp. will participate in the Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference 2026 in Portland, Oregon, with more than 30 technology partners. The event, hosted by the New England States Consortium Systems Organization, will run August 17-20 and focus on Medicaid technology topics that include modernization and evolving health policies.

The conference is structured around eight educational tracks and themes related to the technologies, strategies, and policy priorities for Medicaid. The listed themes address program integrity, operational compliance, and data-focused decision making, along with integrated eligibility and enrollment and modernization of the Medicaid enterprise.

Sessions at MESC 2026 include Program Integrity, Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) and Third-Party Liability; Operational Excellence and Compliance; Data-Driven Decision Making and Analytics; and Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment (IE&E). Additional sessions cover Modernizing the Medicaid Enterprise: Navigating the Future; Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Future of Medicaid: A Vision for 2030 and Beyond; The Unified Agency: Aligning Policy, Operations and IT for Better Outcomes; and Rapid Response: Medicaid Hot Topics and Late-Breaking Developments.

Carahsoft will host a partner presence at the event, with its team in booth #410 in the Carahsoft Pavilion. The announcement listed partner participation that includes Cloudera (#315), Datadog (#311), Equifax (#414, #416), Nutanix (#317), and Wiz (#313), as well as a set of additional partners participating outside the pavilion.

Carahsoft and Optum will host a speaking session, “Medicaid Reimagined: Scaling Trusted AI for 2030,” from 3:00 to 3:50 p.m. on Wednesday, August 19 in the Portland Ballroom 255, with speakers Karl Schelhammer, James Lukenbill, and Martin Gavin said.
