Carahsoft’s CarahCloud-Marketplace Program Simplifies Procurement Process for Twilio’s Offerings

Carahsoft Technology Corp. has announced that Twilio’s customer engagement platform is now part of its CarahCloud Marketplace program. This program supports U.S. sector customers in accessing cloud solutions efficiently. With this addition, Twilio’s entire platform, including its Communications products and Segment cloud data platform, is available through repackaged offerings in AWS Marketplace. This facilitates a streamlined procurement process, offering benefits such as flexible pricing options and integration of existing cloud credits for Public Sector agencies.

The CarahCloud-Marketplace program offers flexible pricing terms, simplified billing, quick deployment, and license management, making it easier for agencies to purchase software from AWS Marketplace vendors, including Twilio. Carahsoft's extensive network of reseller partners and managed service providers aids in providing optimal pricing and procurement options.

Over the past four years, Twilio has partnered with Carahsoft to deliver various customer engagement solutions, including:

  • Twilio Flex: A digital engagement center that combines omnichannel communications with Artificial Intelligence (AI) features for tailored interactions.
  • Twilio Messaging: A platform for Service Mesh Security (SMS), Metadata Management System (MMS), and WhatsApp communication that offers APIs for message management and analytics.
  • Twilio Voice: An Application Programming Interface (API) and software platform for integrating voice experiences, including AI and telecom management.
