Aviz integrates ONES with NVIDIA Spectrum-X for AI networking

Aviz Networks announced support for NVIDIA Spectrum-X through Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Open Networking Enterprise Suite (ONES), enhancing network operations for Artificial Intelligence (AI) workloads. This collaboration aims to deliver a high-performance, AI networking solution optimized for Ethernet-based Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) cloud infrastructures. The integration utilizes NVIDIA Spectrum-4 switches and BlueField-3 SuperNICs to provide lossless networking essential for AI tasks.

ONES offers Full Stack Observability (FSO) and automation within NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet fabrics, facilitating efficient deployment, monitoring, and scalability for AI-driven networks. The support streamlines the AI fabric lifecycle, from planning and deployment to operations, while automating network provisioning and supplying telemetry for optimizing GPU utilization.

Thomas Scheibe, CPO of Aviz Networks, emphasized the importance of efficient networking for AI workloads, highlighting the capability of enterprises to monitor and deploy AI fabrics effectively.
