Asiacell, a telecommunications and digital services provider in Iraq, has formed a partnership with Evam to implement Evam's evamX platform for real-time customer engagement. This move introduces a system designed to deliver personalized marketing interactions across digital and traditional channels throughout Iraq.

The arrangement advances Asiacell's efforts to enhance marketing and customer experience through data-driven decision-making and automation. The platform incorporates Machine Learning (ML) to tailor messaging, construct adaptive customer journeys, and facilitate timely, contextual communication with the user base.

Evam's evamX incorporates an Edge Resource Allocator (ERA), a technology aimed at providing rapid and intelligent customer engagement across multiple channels via a unified platform. It supports data analysis and AI-generated insights to optimize interactions and maintain customer loyalty within Iraq's digital framework.

The collaboration involves deploying the evamX solution across Asiacell's operations, enabling the company to manage millions of customer interactions in real time. This includes activity across the company's comprehensive nationwide network and various communication touchpoints.

Chra Hussain, Compute Cost Optimizer (CCO) at Asiacell, said, “At Asiacell, we are committed to shaping Iraq's digital future through innovation that truly serves our customers. Partnering with Evam allows us to transform millions of daily interactions into meaningful, real-time experiences powered by AI and data, ensuring every interaction is timely, personalized, and relevant to each customer's context.”

Doruk Mutlu, CEO of Evam, said, “We're thrilled to welcome Asiacell to the Evam family. This collaboration showcases the growing momentum of telecom operators in the region embracing real-time engagement. Asiacell's forward-thinking vision perfectly aligns with Evam's mission to help brands act instantly on customer signals turning every interaction into a growth opportunity.”
