Asiacell partners with Evam to deploy real-time customer engagement platform in Iraq
Asiacell, a telecommunications and digital services provider in Iraq, has formed a partnership with Evam to implement Evam's evamX platform for real-time customer engagement. Evam's evamX incorporates an Edge Resource Allocator (ERA), a technology aimed at providing rapid and intelligent customer engagement across multiple channels via a unified platform. It supports data analysis and AI-generated insights to optimize interactions and maintain customer loyalty within Iraq's digital framework.
The collaboration involves deploying the evamX solution across Asiacell's operations, enabling the company to manage millions of customer interactions in real time. This includes activity across the company's comprehensive nationwide network and various communication touchpoints.
