Arctic Wolf Launches Aurora MDR Connect for Managed Service Providers

Arctic Wolf introduced Aurora MDR Connect, a managed detection and response tier created for managed service providers. The update focuses on enabling 24x7 detection and response for customer environments while aiming to reduce deployment complexity for partners.

Arctic Wolf framed the release around the shift to “machine speed” attacker activity, where defenders face shorter timelines for detection and response. The company said many managed service providers deploy robust managed detection and response across their business in ways that can slow onboarding because of hardware and in-depth tuning requirements.

Aurora MDR Connect operates with the Aurora Superintelligence Platform and the Aurora Agentic SOC. The offering includes 24x7 detection, investigation, and pre-authorized response, and it uses the “AI Trust Engine™” to validate decisions, according to Arctic Wolf.

Arctic Wolf said Aurora MDR Connect gives MSPs streamlined access to the Aurora Superintelligence Platform and Aurora Agentic SOC, which process more than 10 trillion security events each week and conduct more than 200,000 investigations weekly, using an ecosystem of more than 250 integrations.
