Aptean introduced Aptean Ascent, an AI-powered offering, during its UNITE 2026 customer conference. The company presented the initiative as a structured way to move from early AI pilots to measurable outcomes tied to agreed goals.
The release said many AI pilots lose momentum during execution and that expectations for AI value can outpace realized results. It cited an Aptean study in which 82.5% of respondents agreed AI’s value was clear but had not been fully realized yet.
Aptean described Ascent as combining industry experts, purpose-built AI agents, and industry-specific software. The engagement starts with customers agreeing on clear, measurable goals, after which Aptean is measured on delivery against those goals, with realized results validated and owned by both Aptean and the customer.
The companies outlined how the work operates through a repeatable 30/60/90 cadence. In the first 30 days, Aptean maps operating reality and establishes a governed data, decision and AI foundation; by day 60, the first agents are active in live workflows; and by day 90, agents and workflows are optimized against financial and operating results. TVN Reddy, CEO, Aptean, said, “Our customers don’t need another pilot or another roadmap. They want business outcomes and need a partner who’ll stay in the room until the work pays off,” and that “Ascent combines what we know about their industries, the software they already run, and the AI agents we’ve built for their operations, then holds all of it to one set of measurable goals.”
