Aptean Acquires FleetGO From Main Capital Partners

Aptean said it acquired FleetGO, a Netherlands-based provider of cloud-based logistics solutions, to expand Aptean’s transportation and fleet management capabilities in mainland Europe.

The companies described FleetGO as an AI-enabled modular supply chain execution platform that combines warehouse management and road logistics execution, including transportation management, fleet operations, telematics, and compliance.

FleetGO’s suite includes warehouse management (WMS) and order-to-delivery process control, plus transportation management (TMS) and road logistics execution functionality. The platform can be configured with its telematics offerings, and FleetGO provides compliance tools such as tachograph analysis and remote downloads.

Aptean said it acquired FleetGO from Main Capital Partners.
