Accels, headquartered in Singapore, launched a platform intended to support the growth of AI agents. The company presented its approach as a way to connect AI infrastructure with financial services in support of how AI agents operate and use resources.
Accels said the platform is built for an economy where tokens function as the basic unit of AI economic activity. The release cited Goldman Sachs Research forecasting that global AI token consumption will grow 24-fold by 2030, along with other forecasts projecting token-related spending rising from about $200 billion today to as much as $2.5 trillion a year.
In functional terms, Accels described a suite designed to cover the lifecycle of building and running AI agents. The offering includes AI model routing via an API gateway that connects developers and businesses to language models, token lending and financial products such as payment terms for token usage and “compute loans,” and merchant acquiring intended to manage payments and billing through a unified platform.
Accels outlined three parts of its product suite: AI model routing covering 15 model providers and 150+ AI models, token lending and related payment and compute credit features, and merchant acquiring for accepting payments and expanding globally. The release also noted that the company is headquartered in Singapore and stated it is building AI infrastructure for the agentic economy.
