Zscaler, Inc. said it launched Zscaler Agentic SOC, an approach intended to reorganize security operations center workflows for threat detection, investigation, and response.
The company said the approach targets threats that it described as moving faster than SOC teams can correlate, analyze, and remediate manually, and it referenced evasive tactics such as trusted sites hosting attacks, abuse of remote management tools, and browser-based attacks.
Zscaler said Agentic SOC combines what it described as unified exposure management and SOC workflows with Zscaler telemetry, a mesh network, and expert-validated agents. It also said the system integrates Zscaler Zero Trust controls and customers’ third-party controls to detect threats earlier and automate containment at machine speed.
Zscaler said it partnered with Anthropic and OpenAI to integrate frontier models alongside proprietary threat intelligence and zero trust telemetry, and it said this included the ability to integrate frontier models through its open platform.
