Wireless Infrastructure Association reelected WIA Board of Directors and Officers

The Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) reelected its current Board of Directors and extended the terms of its Officers for an additional year, following its quarterly meeting held in conjunction with Connect (X) in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The update centers on board and officer continuity for WIA’s governance.

During the quarterly meeting, the Board approved the WIA membership’s reelection of multiple directors to serve three-year terms. The Board also reappointed four additional directors and approved a one-year extension for the current slate of Officers.

The directors reelected to three-year terms were Ron Bizick (CEO, Vertical Bridge), Todd Boyer (CEO, TowerCo), Anthony Carlson (CEO, Array Communications), Brendan Cavanagh (CEO, SBA Communications), Ed Farscht (CEO, Diamond Communications), Cathy Piche (Executive Vice President-COO, Towers, Crown Castle), and Richard Rossi (Executive Vice President and President U.S. Tower Division, American Tower). The Board reappointed Daniel Agresta (President and CEO, APC Towers and APC Telecom Services), Tom Kane (CEO and Managing Member, NB+C), Dagan Kasavana (Founder and CEO, Phoenix Tower International), and Kelly Lazuka (CEO, Fullerton).

For the Officers, the Board approved an additional year with Cathy Piche as Chair, Richard Rossi as Vice Chair, Ed Farscht as Treasurer, and Brendan Cavanagh as Secretary. Cathy Piche said, “I’m honored to continue serving as Chair alongside such an accomplished and dedicated Board,” said Cathy Piche.
