NelsonHall’s NEAT tool evaluates vendors that provide AI-enabled services for cloud and hybrid environments. The report is designed to help sourcing managers assess vendor capabilities across criteria and business situations, and to support organizations in evaluating infrastructure operations.
In the evaluation, Unisys was rated for AI-driven infrastructure management, including intelligent operations, self-healing capabilities, and “agentic AI innovation.” The company’s Unisys Intelligence Accelerator (UIA) is described as an AI-enabled delivery platform that automates workflows and streamlines operations across hybrid infrastructure, applications, data, and security layers.
Unisys cited additional strengths in the report, including AI-driven cloud management capabilities for multi-cloud environments, automation and predictive analytics, and self-healing operations.
