ThoughtSpot indicated a 133% increase in user adoption, driven by the demand for Agentic Analytics. The company reported heightened interest among global enterprises pursuing improved data strategies using Artificial Intelligence (AI). This growth further solidified ThoughtSpot’s position as a recognized leader in analytics solutions, according to Gartner.

The uptick in adoption aligns with the increasing pressure on organizations to modernize their data strategies and yield returns on AI investments. ThoughtSpot launched several enhancements, including its agentic analyst, Spotter 3, to offer conversational insights from data through natural language questions.

Noteworthy adoption cases include Chevron's transition from traditional business intelligence to real-time analytics, while Navan enables travel managers to analyze complex data for improved efficiency. Other significant users comprise Elevance and JustEat Takeaway, both leveraging ThoughtSpot's capabilities for enhanced operational insights.
