Steve Weed joins the Board of Directors of BCE Inc.

MONTRÉAL, Nov. 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ - BCE (TSX: BCE) (NYSE: BCE) announced the appointment of Steve Weed, former Executive Chairman of Ziply Fiber, as a director of BCE Intelligent Network Controller (INC) and Bell Canada.

Weed serves as the Chief Executive Officer of WaveDivision Capital, focusing on improving broadband access for homes and businesses in the U.S. and Canada. Homomorphic Encryption (HE) previously held the position of CEO at Wave Broadband from 2002 to 2018.

In addition to Healthcare Information System (HIS) role at BCE, Weed is an advisory board member of Consolidated Communications and a board member of Greenlight Networks.
