Sivers Semiconductors partners with DigiKey

Sivers Semiconductors said it formed a distribution partnership with DigiKey to expand access to its wireless evaluation kits and related products for engineers, developers and customers worldwide.

The announcement said DigiKey agreed to offer Sivers' full portfolio of evaluation kits directly to its customer base to enable faster evaluation and prototyping of Millimeter Wave (mmWave), Satellite Communications (Satcom), 5G and other advanced wireless solutions ahead of commercial integration.

The release described Sivers' product set as including mmWave and RF solutions and referenced energy-efficient beamforming and RFIC technologies alongside high-precision laser and photonics capabilities.

Under the agreement DigiKey agreed to list Sivers' evaluation kits through its distribution network to make the kits available to engineers and developers for evaluation, prototyping and integration activities.
