ServiceNow and NVIDIA Enhance AI Agent Capabilities through New Evaluation Tools
ServiceNow has announced an expansion of its partnership with NVIDIA to enhance capabilities for enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents. The collaboration aims to optimize AI agent deployment through new evaluation tools and integration of NVIDIA’s Large Language Model Meta AI (LLaMA) Nemotron models, which feature advanced reasoning capabilities.
This new suite of evaluation tools will allow enterprises to set strategic benchmarks for key performance metrics, such as accuracy and decision-making transparency. By utilizing these tools, businesses can fine-tune AI agents before deployment, ensuring they meet operational standards and drive effective outcomes from the outset.
Jon Sigler, Executive Vice President of Platform and AI at ServiceNow, stated, “For AI agents to drive real business value, organizations need the utmost confidence in their performance and ROI.” He emphasized that these new tools will provide visibility into agent performance and enhance their adaptability within diverse workflows.
NVIDIA's Vice President of Generative AI (GenAI) Software for Enterprise, Kari Briski, noted that the enhanced reasoning capabilities of the LLaMA Nemotron models will help organizations deploy agents that are optimized for performance and capable of addressing complex business challenges.
ServiceNow's platform will serve as a centralized control hub for managing and governing AI agents across business operations. The integration of these capabilities is designed to streamline AI-driven automation, allowing businesses to benefit from a more intelligent and efficient workforce.
The first set of evaluation tools is projected to be available by May 2025, marking the continuation of the partnership’s development of enterprise-ready AI solutions.
