ServiceNow and NVIDIA enhance agentic AI capabilities

ServiceNow has expanded its partnership with NVIDIA to enhance agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, focusing on optimizing AI agent deployment.

The integration of new NVIDIA Large Language Model Meta AI (LLaMA) Nemotron models and evaluation tools aims to ensure reliability and effectiveness in various industries. These tools will help businesses assess AI agent performance and adjust key metrics for improved deployment outcomes.

Jon Sigler, EVP of Platform and AI at ServiceNow, emphasized that organizations need strong confidence in AI performance to drive business value. Similarly, Kari Briski, Vice President at NVIDIA, highlighted the improvements these advancements will bring in solving complex problems.

The ServiceNow Platform will act as a control center for managing AI agents, allowing businesses to analyze and govern their AI interventions efficiently. The new evaluation tools, designed in collaboration with NVIDIA, aim to provide businesses with crucial insights for optimizing AI performance.

The evaluation tools are set for release in May 2025, marking a step forward in providing enterprises with the necessary capabilities to successfully implement AI agents.
