It designs, manufactures, launches, and flies satellites and runs the associated ground segment, frequency licences, optical links, and mission control. SEALSQ acts as the owner and operator of QSOC cloud services, deploying its quantum technology stack, operating QSOC as a managed cloud platform, and controlling quantum payloads, software and security architecture, service catalogue, pricing, and customer experience.

WISeSat was expected to provide dedicated orbital capacity through the constellation and a multi-year, capacity-based service arrangement with defined availability and performance levels. SEALSQ planned to purchase long-term, dedicated access to the WISeSat constellation and deliver QSOC services in its own name, while customers contract directly with SEALSQ and do not obtain rights to the underlying satellites or orbital infrastructure.
