Samsung Electronics hosts Tech Forum panels at CES 2026
Samsung Electronics said it would host four moderated Tech Forum panel discussions at CES 2026 to highlight industry trends and to present its Artificial Intelligence (AI) vision and strategy.
The forums were scheduled for Jan. 5–6 at Samsung's dedicated exhibition space in the Latour Ballroom at the Wynn Las Vegas, and the company planned product displays at the Samsung Exhibition Zone from Jan. 5–7. Samsung executives, partners, academics, media and industry analysts were listed as participants across sessions on AI, Home Appliances, Services and Design.
The company referenced its SmartThings ecosystem, open collaboration with partners, and integration of AI across its portfolio. Forum descriptions in the announcement emphasized open ecosystems for smart home interoperability, the role of transparency and secure systems in AI trust and privacy, streaming models including free ad-supported streaming television and hybrid approaches, and human-centered design shaped by new materials, AI and creativity.
The sessions were organized by topic and speaker: Jan. 5 at 9:00 a.m., “When Everything Clicks: How Open Ecosystems Deliver Impactful AI,” chaired by Yoonho Choi, Digital Appliances Business, Samsung Electronics (Chair, Home Connectivity Alliance), focused on cross-industry partnership for smart home technologies; Jan. 5 at 2:00 p.m., “In Tech We Trust? Rethinking Security & Privacy in the AI Age,” led by Shin Baik, Group Head, AI Platform Center, Samsung Electronics, addressed transparency and secure systems; Jan. 5 at 4:00 p.m., “FAST Forward: How Streaming's Next Wave is Redefining Television,” with Salek Brodsky, Executive Vice President, Visual Display Business, Samsung Electronics, covered streaming and FAST models; Jan. 6 at 1:00 p.m., “The Human Side of Tech: Designing a Future Worth Loving,” featured Mauro Porcini, President and Chief Design Officer, DX Division, Samsung Electronics, on human-centered design.
Samsung planned to host the Tech Forum panels and to exhibit products at its Samsung Exhibition Zone at the Wynn from Jan. 5–7, 2026.
