Recorded Future said it was named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: External Threat Intelligence Service Providers, Q3 2026. The company tied the designation to above-average customer feedback and its performance across 12 evaluation criteria. The results also cited areas including Deep and Dark Web Monitoring, Roadmap, and Third-Party and Supply Chain Intelligence.

The announcement placed emphasis on external threat intelligence and how it was connected to operational workflows. Recorded Future described cyber, fraud, and third-party risks as converging across infrastructure, identities, suppliers, and financial systems, and said its approach aimed to describe the external environment before threat activity became impactful.

Recorded Future said its platform combined proprietary collection with the Intelligence Graph®, analysis from Insikt Group®, AI-driven analytics, and autonomous capabilities. It described using that intelligence to connect to customer workflows across Cyber Operations, Digital Risk Protection, Third-Party Risk, and Payment Fraud. The company also said its Intelligence Graph contained more than 200 billion nodes of specialized threat data.

Recorded Future said it was expanding related work with Mastercard across cyber, fraud, and third-party risk. It said the company was extending intelligence across fraud and payments with Mastercard, bringing external threat intelligence into third-party and supply chain risk, and cited collaboration with RiskRecon, another Mastercard company. In the evaluation, Recorded Future received the highest possible score in 12 criteria, including Deep and Dark Web Monitoring, Roadmap, and Third-Party and Supply Chain Intelligence.
