Pax8 introduces Marketplace updates with Subscription Insights
Pax8 said it introduced an evolution of the Pax8 Marketplace at Beyond 2026, adding capabilities intended to help partners gain clearer visibility into revenue and subscription activity so they can respond faster.
The company framed the update around partners taking on larger roles as they help clients navigate growth, complexity, and AI adoption, describing a need for a platform view of business activity and the ability to act in real time.
In functional terms, Pax8 described a new operating layer inside the Marketplace that includes Subscription Insights, a Partner Analytics Hub, Reports, and Integration Guides. It said these features bring revenue, subscriptions, client data, and finance-ready outputs into a single, always-on view and support customization, downloads, and scheduled delivery.
The update includes Subscription Insights for centralized subscription activity, a Partner Analytics Hub that combines revenue, product, and client data in one analytics experience, and Reports that start with phase one customizable invoice reports launching June 9. Pax8 also described Integration Guides with guidance for connecting systems to get value from Pax8 APIs and Model Context Protocol Server, including an AI prompt generator.
“Partners don’t need more data. They need clarity,” said Libby McIlhany, Chief Product Officer at Pax8. “We’ve expanded the Pax8 Marketplace to give our partners relevant insights across all clients and vendors, so they can make faster decisions, operate more effectively, and lead with greater confidence.” Lane Brannan, Pax8 Executive Vice President and General Manager, Americas, said, “Without a clear view of the business, scaling just amplifies problems. Partners need visibility into what’s happening across their clients and subscriptions; and the ability to act on it in real time to deliver better outcomes for the SMBs they serve.”
