Park Place Technologies to Provide Category-Exclusive Support for Everpure M and X Series FlashArrays
Park Place Technologies introduced a third-party support service for companies running Everpure M and X Series FlashArrays, covering hardware break/fix and Purity//FA software support. The service is positioned for organizations whose systems were past their initial committed term and who want a support option other than an OEM renewal or hardware refresh.
The offering includes what Park Place Technologies describes as full FlashArray support for M and X series arrays, with 24/7 coverage and a four-hour response time. The company also stated the service provides hardware and software troubleshooting via remote support from Level 3 engineers and includes current generation parts replacement. Park Place Technologies said the service price is 30%-40% less than Everpure renewal pricing.
Functionally, the service pairs hardware support with Purity//FA software support for Everpure FlashArrays. It provides hardware break/fix and current generation parts replacement, and it offers remote Purity//FA software troubleshooting and operational support. The company said the SLAs are tailored to customer environments and timelines, with coverage up to 24/7.
Park Place Technologies said the service provides hardware and Purity//FA software support for Everpure users and begins June 1.
