NVIDIA and Palantir collaborate to enhance AI operational capabilities
NVIDIA and Palantir Technologies announced a collaboration to create an integrated technology stack focused on operational Artificial Intelligence (AI). This stack aims to enhance decision-making capabilities by combining NVIDIA's advanced computing resources with Palantir's AI Platform.
The partnership involves integrating NVIDIA's accelerated computing, CUDA-X libraries, and open-source Nemotron models into Palantir's framework. This technology is designed to optimize complex enterprise and government systems through enhanced analytics and automation capabilities.
Lowe’s has begun leveraging this integrated stack, developing a digital replica of its global supply chain to enable dynamic optimization. This initiative aims to improve supply chain agility while enhancing cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
“Modern supply chains are incredibly complex, dynamic systems,” said Seemantini Godbole, Lowe’s executive vice president and chief digital and information officer. “By combining Palantir technologies with NVIDIA AI, Lowe’s is enhancing retail logistics.”
The Palantir AI Platform, underpinned by its Ontology framework, will organize data and logic into interconnected virtual components, facilitating AI-driven decision intelligence. This platform enables enterprises to implement tailored AI agents and automations suited for various sectors, including retail, healthcare, and finance.
In a statement, Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA, expressed, “By merging Palantir’s platform with NVIDIA's computing capabilities, we create a robust engine for specialized AI applications.”
The upcoming adoption of NVIDIA's Blackwell architecture will further enhance the AI pipeline for Palantir Application Integration Platform (AIP), increasing efficiency from data processing to production. The collaboration is expected to advance enterprise intelligence, supporting organizations to make informed decisions swiftly using integrated AI technologies.
Attendees at the upcoming NVIDIA GTC event in Washington, D.C. can participate in a workshop on operationalizing AI with Palantir. This reflects the companies' focus on enhancing operational intelligence in various sectors.
