Nozomi Networks said it received a Customers' Choice distinction in the 2026 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for CPS Protection Platforms. The company tied the designation to customer feedback and ratings on the Gartner Peer Insights platform.
Gartner defined CPS Protection Platforms as products that discover, categorize, map and protect CPS in production or mission-critical environments outside of enterprise IT by analyzing or interacting with industrial or industry-specific protocols and operational network traffic. Gartner also said CPS Protection Platforms understand physical process asset behavior and do not interfere with CPS operations, and that they can be delivered from the cloud, on-premises or in a hybrid form.
Nozomi Networks said it was the only vendor in the CPS Protection market to be named a Customers' Choice for a second consecutive year. The company reported a 4.9 rating based on 140 reviews of verified end users as of June 2026, and said 99% of reviewers would recommend Nozomi Networks.
In the announcement, Nozomi Networks' CEO and Co-founder Andrea Carcano said, “The threat landscape is rapidly evolving, and critical infrastructure is a top target,” and added that “Nozomi is committed to ensuring our customers succeed in protecting the cyber-physical systems we all rely upon.” The company also included customer feedback describing Post Sales support and visibility into network areas previously lacked insight. Gartner Peer Insights categories cited in the report included Overall Experience and User Interest and Adoption scores.
