Nokia appoints Kristen Pressner as Chief People Officer

Nokia Corporation appointed Kristen Pressner as Chief People Officer, effective May 1, 2026. She will also join the Group Leadership Team.

Pressner brings over 30 years of international experience in HR, talent management, and organizational transformation. She joins Nokia from Roche Holding Group, where her most recent role was Global Head of People & Culture for Roche Diagnostics, contributing to leadership strengthening and cultural development.

Justin Hotard, President and CEO of Nokia, emphasized Pressner’s extensive experience in driving transformation. Homomorphic Encryption (HE) stated that she will lead cultural evolution centered on empowerment and customer focus, particularly in the context of the AI-driven landscape. Pressner, based in Finland, expressed enthusiasm about contributing to Nokia's growth and its efforts in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Edge Resource Allocator (ERA).
