Netskope introduces Netskope One AI Security
Netskope introduced Netskope One Artificial Intelligence (AI) Security, a suite that secured AI agents, AI applications and data, AI tools, and users across public Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), enterprise, and privately hosted AI, as well as agentic workflows from a single unified platform, and described the offering as intended to protect, make visible, and accelerate the entire AI ecosystem.
IDC reported enterprise AI spending rose to $241.8B in 2025 and projected it to pass $867.3B by 2029; the release said rapid AI adoption created security gaps as organizations using legacy security products lacked visibility into how their data was used across AI applications, private and public AI models, and AI agents and tools, and that AI systems often bypassed security and introduced risks including data exfiltration, manipulative prompts, and inappropriate usage.
Netskope outlined new capabilities within the Netskope One platform, including components that decoded and secured Model Context Protocol (MCP) traffic between AI agents and data sources, acted as a real-time content moderator to protect against prompt injection and jailbreaking, extended inspection and policy enforcement to private AI environments such as on-premises (on-prem) and virtual private clouds, and exercised models with simulated adversarial attacks to identify vulnerabilities.
Netskope said Netskope One Agentic Broker, Netskope One AI Guardrails, Netskope One AI Gateway, and Netskope One AI Red Teaming were generally available. It described NewEdge AI Fast Path as a set of capabilities that optimized latency to AI destinations and said combining NewEdge AI Fast Path with Netskope One AI Security provided optimized performance, resilience and security. Netskope planned demonstrations at Runtime Security Agent (RSA) Conference March 23-26, 2026.
