Netskope introduced AgentSkope Marketplace, a console-based catalog for finding, sizing, activating, and tracking AI agents with shared capacity credits and usage visibility. The update is aimed at SOC and NOC teams managing rising workloads and tighter governance needs.
Product Update
AgentSkope Marketplace sits inside the Netskope management console and gives users one catalog, one pool of capacity credits, and one view of usage. Netskope said the goal is to reduce the procurement and administration work that can slow agent adoption.
The company said the marketplace is built on Netskope One AgentSkope, the agentic operations layer of the Netskope One platform. It also said the agents run as a managed service in Netskope’s private cloud, using the same security and compliance controls already in place.
Operational Impact
The blog described a fragmented process in which different teams request agents separately, each with its own business case, renewal cycle, and budget review. Netskope said this makes it difficult to see where capacity is used, where it sits idle, and when more will be needed.
With the marketplace, capacity can be reassigned among agents during the contract term instead of remaining fixed to the original allocation. Netskope said this gives teams a way to respond to changing demand, including incident-driven spikes in SOC activity.
Capacity Planning and Governance
The marketplace catalog lists each agent and its function, while a credit calculator estimates how many capacity credits a deployment will require. Netskope said each agent measures work in its own units, such as case investigations, and includes recommended and minimum capacity levels.
A dashboard shows usage by agent, usage trends, and how long credits are projected to last. Netskope said the view is intended to help teams spot shortages earlier and to give finance data for renewal planning.
Availability
Netskope said organizations that already use agents can review the marketplace without changing their current setup. It said conversion from standalone SKU-based agents to capacity credits is optional, and that the catalog will expand as new agents are released.
AgentSkope and the Marketplace are available across all management planes except KSA and the company’s Fed and PBMM compliance environments.
