Netskope Adds Claude Compliance API Integration Into Netskope One

Netskope said it built an integration with Anthropic’s Claude Compliance API to bring Claude Enterprise activity into the Netskope One platform. The change gives security and IT teams a way to manage Claude usage using the platform’s visibility and compliance controls.

Netskope tied the integration to AI adoption data from its Netskope AI Index, which it said reported Anthropic’s Claude adoption rising from 56.2% to 94.9% between April 2025 and April 2026. Netskope also described the broader goal as reducing the gap between AI usage and data protection and compliance monitoring through programmatic access to Claude activity data.

The Claude Compliance API is described as a REST API that provides programmatic access to Claude activity data for enterprise IT and security teams. Netskope said the integration surfaces Claude activity data and supports inventory and governance functions within Netskope One, including applying existing DLP policies to Claude Enterprise conversations and inspecting uploaded or generated files with Netskope protection and malware engines.

Netskope described capabilities for the integration that include inventorying organizations, workspaces, projects, users, API keys, and MCP servers across a Claude deployment, and discovering third-party tools and data sources Claude is authorized to access. It also said the platform evaluates Claude configuration against GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 (AICPA TSC), NIST 800-53, CSA CCM, and PCI-DSS, and manages Claude API key credentials through rotation hygiene, least-privilege audits, orphaned key detection, and administrator attribution. Sanjay Beri, CEO and co-founder, Netskope said: “Organizations are rapidly moving beyond experimentation and embracing AI at scale. Our integration with the Claude Compliance API is critical to that AI ecosystem story, connecting Netskope's unified data governance and compliance controls directly to Claude usage. This allows our shared customers to adopt these valuable tools at pace and with confidence.” Netskope said the integration would be available in private preview for all customers in June.
