NETSCOUT receives Frost & Sullivan 2025 recognition
Frost & Sullivan named NETSCOUT the 2025 Global Company of the Year in the network monitoring industry, citing the company’s work in real-time visibility, performance assurance, and cyber-resilient network intelligence.
Frost & Sullivan evaluated companies across strategy effectiveness and strategy execution and assessed NETSCOUT against those benchmarks. The firm reported that NETSCOUT aligned long-term strategic priorities with evolving market demand and executed with discipline, scale, and operational consistency, and it noted sustained activity across enterprise, service provider, and public-sector markets worldwide.
NETSCOUT described several technical elements that underpinned its recognition, including its Visibility Without Borders® approach, patented Adaptive Service Intelligence technology, Deep Packet Inspection at scale, AI-ready Smart Data, and scalable analytics. The company also noted that its nGenius and Omnis offerings delivered end-to-end monitoring using real network traffic rather than sampled data to support troubleshooting, reduced mean time to resolution, and predictive automated operations.
The company reported sustained investment in packet-based intelligence and in licensing, architecture, and support models intended to scale observability and cybersecurity capabilities. NETSCOUT described flexible licensing, a distributed architecture, comprehensive global support services, a partner-driven ecosystem, and localized support that the company said supported deployments across healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and telecommunications.
“NETSCOUT's mastery of packet-based intelligence and its ability to transform raw network data into precise, actionable insight position the company as a critical enabler of performance, reliability, and resilience across the global digital economy,” said Debashrita Tripathy, senior consulting analyst at Frost & Sullivan. “Frost & Sullivan's recognition underscores the strength of our long-term strategy and our relentless focus on innovation rooted in delivering smart, actionable data,” said Pamela Jacques, vice president, corporate marketing at NETSCOUT. “By providing high-fidelity, packet-based intelligence that serves as the foundation for observability and AI-driven insights, NETSCOUT empowers customers to gain clarity, reduce risk, and proactively manage performance and security in an increasingly dynamic digital landscape.”
