mimik and TORII Technology partner for AI solutions in defense
mimik and TORII Technology have announced a partnership aimed at delivering artificial intelligence-driven technology solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD). The collaboration focuses on advanced Tactile Edge and High performance computing (HPC) capabilities designed to enhance mission readiness, real-time analytics, and autonomous operations.
The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in defense operations is intended to provide insights and coordination in dynamic environments. The partnership specifically addresses challenges faced by traditional cloud-native architectures, which may introduce latency and security vulnerabilities that affect critical decision-making. By executing AI functions at the Tactile Edge, mimik and TORII reduce dependence on centralized systems, ultimately increasing mission-critical responsiveness.
According to representatives from both companies, the initiative aims to streamline AI workflows and analytics, improving operational security and efficiency. TORII’s Holographic XR technology, combined with mimik’s AI framework, is expected to enhance training environments and operational intelligence.
“Integrating mimik’s Agentix-Native AI Continuum with our HPC-powered Holographic XR solutions creates a notable advancement in defense operations,” stated Theresa Malvin, Founder and CEO of TORII Technology. This partnership is positioned to improve mission adaptability and training efficacy in defense contexts.
Fay Arjomandi, Founder and CEO of mimik, also highlighted that the integration delivers an AI infrastructure that supports real-time responsiveness while ensuring security and control as defense operations adapt to evolving scenarios.
A demonstration of their combined capabilities is scheduled for NVIDIA's GTC 2025 event, where they plan to showcase the functionality of their integrated solutions.
