ISG Xperience Summit features discussions on AI strategies
Leaders from various organizations, including PNC Bank, Barclays, Comcast, SoulCycle, and Expedia, will participate in the ISG Xperience Summit on March 25–26 in New York. The event, hosted by Information Services Group (ISG), will focus on strategies for experience-led transformation utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies.
The two-day agenda will feature discussions on how AI can enable personalized customer experiences and enhance organizational efficiency. Wayne Butterfield, a partner at ISG, emphasized the need for integrating AI to support human expertise rather than replace it. Keynote speaker Joe Bechtel from PNC Bank will cover practical insights on implementing automation in customer experience.
Panel discussions will include topics such as the ethics of AI-driven personalization, orchestrating enterprise-wide transformation in an AI-first environment, and embedding experience-centric operations. Participants will also engage with startups in the ISG Startup Challenge.
As stated by Butterfield, balancing AI’s benefits with human elements can lead to cost reduction and improved strategic differentiators in customer experience.
IBM and Accenture are among the event sponsors, with additional information and registration details available on the event website.
