Interact launches new brand identity and 2026 release with AI
Interact, an employee experience platform, released a new visual identity and issued a major 2026 product update. The company positioned the changes around enterprise AI capabilities, as well as third-party analyst and awards recognition in the intranet platform category.
Over the past six weeks, Interact shipped its largest product release of 2026 and launched the new brand on May 20. Interact said it was recognized by Forrester Research as a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Intranet Platforms, Q1 2026, and by ClearBox in the ClearBox Choice awards, with additional mentions in other named research and reports.
Interact’s 2026 update included new capabilities for enterprise AI, including content moderation at scale, seamless workflows, better frontline access, and comprehensive search. The company also referenced an internal poll in which internal communicators reported that their organizations embed AI across workflows and cited limited tools as a barrier.
In the company’s rollout, the new identity accompanied a fully rebuilt interactsoftware.com, and it reflected Interact’s stated evolution from intranet vendor to full employee experience platform. Cindy Knezevich, Chief Marketing Officer at Interact, said, “Every great enterprise wants to give its people the fastest path to the best work of their careers,” and added, “That requires a platform that delivers on the seven things employees actually need: communication, knowledge, tools, connection, recognition, growth, and a workplace that respects their time. Most platforms pick three or four. We're focused on all seven.”
Interact also received multiple recognitions tied to named reports and awards, and it said more than 1,000 organizations use Interact for personalized employee experiences for more than two million employees worldwide.
