The report, dated January 31, 2025, noted Huawei's OceanStor Scale-Out Storage had the highest Overall Rating of 5.0/5.0 and garnered 147 reviews, with a 99% Willingness to Recommend.

The “Voice of the Customer” report provides insights from verified reviewers of technology products and services. Aggregated peer perspectives, alongside detailed individual reviews, complement Gartner's expert research, serving as an important resource during the buying process.

In the report, Huawei was recognized among 11 vendors, receiving reviews from customers in the telecom, finance, education, healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors across the Asia Pacific, Europe, and Middle East. This recognition reflects the trust customers place in Huawei's OceanStor Scale-Out Storage regarding competitiveness, market presence, and after-sales service quality.
