HUAWEI introduces eKit Intelligent Office Solution for SMEs

At the HUAWEI eKit Autumn Launch 2025 in Shanghai, Huawei presented the eKit Intelligent Office Solution specifically designed for Small Medium Enterprises (SME) (SMEs) and startup workspaces. This solution aims to assist SMEs in their transition towards intelligent operational frameworks.

Leon Wang, President of Huawei's Data Communication Product Line, stated, “SME offices and startup workspaces are vital to the 'last mile' in the intelligent world. The HUAWEI eKit Intelligent Office Solution is ultra-intelligent to reshape enterprise productivity, ultra-premium to redefine the office experience, and ultra-secure to safeguard trade secrets.”

Responding to common challenges faced by startups, such as complex office systems and high costs, Huawei introduced two primary products: the AR180, which integrates eight critical functions for network service, and the IdeaHub B3, designed to enhance meeting experiences by allowing multiple video panes.

For rapidly growing SMEs, Huawei launched the HUAWEI eKit Small Medium Enterprises (SME) Office Solution (Pro), which includes a highly efficient network solution capable of handling 120 concurrent video streams without delays, thus supporting enhanced productivity.

In addressing security, the HUAWEI eKit SME Office Solution (Max) incorporates advanced cybersecurity measures. This includes upgraded audio-video watermarking and an Artificial Intelligence (AI) firewall that protects enterprise networks against threats.

Huawei plans to maintain its focus on providing comprehensive intelligent products and tailored solutions for SMEs, facilitating their progress into an intelligent Edge Resource Allocator (ERA).
