DNSFilter helps MSP drive stronger security outcomes in the education space
DNSFilter has announced that anykey, a Managed Services Provider (MSP) in Switzerland, is enhancing content filtering and security for more than 400 schools. By utilizing DNSFilter, anykey effectively manages filtering policies across 150,000 devices, allowing students access only to appropriate educational content.
Founded in 2011, anykey provides comprehensive IT services, including device management and security solutions. The company adopted DNSFilter in 2019, appreciating its AI-driven filtering and responsive support. As a participant in DNSFilter's Customer Advisory Board, anykey contributed to features like the Roaming Client Management experience, which centralizes oversight of devices and reduces administrative tasks.
DNSFilter's implementation has allowed anykey to block harmful websites and enforce internet access restrictions during nighttime hours. Recently, the Canton of Zurich highlighted the importance of Domain Name System (DNS) filtering, placing anykey in a favorable position by already providing a government-recommended solution.
Tobias Linder, co-founder of anykey, stated, “anykey is proud to be a DNSFilter customer... as schools face increasing cybersecurity risks, security has taken on larger importance for us.” Meanwhile, Ken Carnesi, CEO of DNSFilter, emphasized the importance of customer feedback in shaping their product offerings.
