Auvik enhances IT automation and monitoring capabilities for teams and MSPs

Auvik has announced new automation and monitoring capabilities targeted at IT teams and managed service providers (MSPs), emphasizing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) management, endpoint visibility, and server monitoring. These updates are designed to help streamline operations and improve efficiency, particularly for remote and hybrid work environments.

The enhancements include SaaS Automation and SaaS License Optimization features within Auvik SaaS Management, allowing IT teams to minimize unnecessary expenses and strengthen security while managing SaaS applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft O365. Endpoint Network Monitoring is also a new capability, providing visibility into the performance of Windows and Mac Operating System (OS) end-user devices, helping IT teams effectively manage user experience across distributed networks.

Additionally, Auvik has expanded its Server Monitoring capabilities to give IT professionals more comprehensive insights into Windows server environments. According to a recent survey, 74% of respondents were using separate tools for server monitoring, which adds complexity to IT operations. Auvik aims to consolidate this functionality, allowing users to manage their network and server insights through a single platform.

Doug Murray, CEO of Auvik, remarked that these advancements reflect the company's ongoing commitment to closely collaborating with customers to enhance their IT management capabilities. The latest features aim to provide tools that allow for better management of diverse IT environments and identify opportunities for cost savings.
