Deloitte outlines CES 2026 schedule and sessions
Deloitte outlined its presence at Customer Effort Score (CES) 2026 in Las Vegas, listing sessions, panels, LinkedIn Live briefings and one-on-one meetings scheduled around Jan. 6–9, 2026 to cover technology trends and adoption guidance.
The release said Deloitte planned to address topics the PR identified as reshaping industries, naming health, entertainment and AI-fueled enterprise transformation, and noted work on digital capabilities, technology integration and reimagining business models.
The schedule included sessions on agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI agents used to streamline operations and cut costs, robotics and physical AI, software-defined vehicle architectures with 24/7 connectivity, and AI applications in maintenance, field work and operations.
The firm listed formats including panels, speaking sessions and LinkedIn Live daily briefings hosted by Shawn DuBravac and Duncan Stewart for real-time updates from the CES 2026 conference floor; it also said leaders would be available for one-on-one meetings throughout the event.
The release named speakers and moderators with dates and times, including Beena Ammanath on agentic AI (Jan. 5), Bill Briggs on tech trends and robotics (Jan. 6), and moderators Rahul Bajpai, Mahesh Chandramouli and Tim Gaus for sessions on AI at Work and manufacturing (Jan. 6).
The release said Deloitte's CES presence would take place Jan. 6–9, 2026, that the show floor was scheduled to open Jan. 6, and that a full schedule would be posted online.
