CyberRatings.org removes paywall for cybersecurity reports
CyberRatings.org removed the paywall for its cybersecurity product test reports, allowing free access for all users. This step supports transparency in cybersecurity.
The nonprofit organization stated that this initiative empowers enterprises and analysts with trusted, independent data, which is crucial for informed decision-making. Users can now access and download all test reports from the CyberRatings.org website without charge.
Vikram Phatak, CEO of CyberRatings.org, noted, “A rising tide lifts all boats. By opening access to our reports, we’re inviting the global cybersecurity community to learn from our data, compare results, and collectively improve defenses.”
The initiative aims to strengthen the cybersecurity community by providing vital information from evaluations of various products, including firewalls, security service edges, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) protections. This data assists organizations in understanding performance metrics and product effectiveness.
In its ongoing efforts to promote transparency, CyberRatings.org partnered with NSS Labs earlier this year, enhancing its commitment to offering credible assessments beneficial for public interests.
All test reports are now accessible at cyberratings.org.
