Cloudflare launches Cloudforce One threat events platform
Cloudflare has introduced the Cloudforce One threat events platform, aimed at delivering real-time intelligence on cyberattacks. Leveraging telemetry from its extensive global network, this platform helps security teams improve operational efficiency by enabling faster detection and response to threats.
With cybercriminals consistently adapting their tactics, understanding the evolving threat landscape is critical for organizations. Traditional threat intelligence feeds often lack the context needed to comprehend why certain threats arise, making it challenging for companies to respond effectively. The Cloudforce One platform provides specific and actionable insights related to emerging risks and Indicators of Compromise (IOC) that directly affect an organization’s security posture.
“Not all threat feeds are reliable or timely. The industry is plagued by insights that are stale or fragmented,” said Matthew Prince, co-founder and CEO of Cloudflare. “Our global network gives us the capability to provide one of the most complete and accurate sets of threat intelligence available.”
The Cloudforce One platform is also supported by Cloudflare Workers Artificial Intelligence (AI), enhancing its ability to manage and analyze incoming data reflecting the unpredictable nature of cyberattacks. The platform offers organizations:
- Access to a comprehensive attack stream view that provides timely insights into ongoing threats.
- Personalized threat information relevant to specific environments and industries, enhancing alert accuracy.
- Contextual data to help prioritize actions against potential threats, improving resource allocation for security teams.
“Organizations need actionable threat intelligence to understand the scale of threats they are up against,” said Blake Darché, Head of Cloudforce One at Cloudflare. “Cloudforce One’s platform focuses on the most relevant risks, helping security teams navigate complex cyber environments.”
