Bud Financial Improves Data Processing Speed with DataStax AI
DataStax has announced Bud Financial is leveraging its Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform, in partnership with NVIDIA, to improve financial data classification speeds by tenfold. This enhancement aims to support organizations like ANZ in optimizing their lending processes and customer management capabilities.
Through the integration of NVIDIA technologies, including Triton Inference Server, Bud Financial has increased the efficiency and reduced costs of its financial data services. The collaboration also focuses on real-time data classification and enrichment, enhancing customer experiences.
Bud Financial plans to further enhance its offerings with tools such as NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails and NeMo Evaluator within its Drive Copilot interface. These additions will provide customers with deeper insights into their account holders and produce more effective marketing analytics.
ANZ, one of the major banks in Australia and New Zealand, is utilizing Bud's technology to streamline its financial operations and improve its customer experience. Bud’s proprietary Large Language Model (LLM), optimized with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing, is designed to deliver better performance in processing financial data.
Michael Cullum, VP of Engineering & Data at Bud Financial, highlighted the collaboration's impact on financial institutions' ability to gain precise insights and enhance customer financial wellbeing. Ed Anuff, Chief Product Officer at DataStax, noted that the deployment of AI-driven applications promises higher performance and cost-effectiveness.
